There are many different return-to-school scenarios, and we're attempting to accommodate all schedules.  This means school-age enrollment will look a little different this year.  Please click here to see the new schedule and fees.  If you are new to the Club and would like to enroll in school age programs, please fill out the regular online application and the site director will be in touch to discuss the new options.

HOW TO REGISTER

You can register for summer camp and the upcoming after school program at the same time.

A $40 annual registration fee will cover both programs.

Only need summer camp OR the after school program? Just fill out the relevant part of the application.

To complete the registration form, please have on hand and/or ready to upload:

  • Credit card

  • For new members:  Physical/Immunization Records or Child Health Form a.k.a. "School/Camp Participation Form" signed by your child's doctor (the doctor's office will have this form) and immunization records. If your child has a life-threatening food allergy, we require a special dietary needs form that you can get from your program director.

  • Registration fee of $40.00 per child per year.

There is a $10 per week sibling discount (unless weekly fee is $10 or less).

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

You have two choices.

1) State Child Care Assistance

New Hampshire helps pay for the cost of child care for qualifying families.  To find out more and apply, please visit this site.  After applying you'll receive a letter in the mail from the State of NH listing your child(ren)'s eligibility dates with the Club.  If you don't receive this letter within 30 days, you're not eligible or linked to the Club.

In the meantime, you're welcome to enroll, but must pay the full rate (less any Club scholarship you're eligible to receive-- see below).  This will be credited to your account for future payments once confirmation from the State is received.

2) Club Assistance

You will be asked to upload documentation along with the application.  Documentation may include three most recent pay stubs, Social Security benefits, food stamps explanation of benefits, etc. or applicable paperwork for State of NH childcare scholarship

Online registrants will be charged the full fee until proof of income or State enrollment is confirmed.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Most programs charge by the week; you can contact your program's site director to find out if daily rates are available.  Weekly fees are not prorated.

The After School Program charges only for the weeks your child attends, and a formal cancellation is not required.  (Sites with daily rate contracts may have a different policy for daily rate members.)

Summer camp charges regardless of attendance and a cancellation policy applies as described in application.

The Club accepts credit or debit cards; we do not accept cash or checks unless families can prove that obtaining a credit card is an undue hardship. The After School Program withdraws funds the Wednesday following the week your child attends.  Summer Camp withdraws funds the same Wednesday your child is signed up to attend that week. Your child may not attend if your account becomes delinquent.
